Print Queues

If you sent a wrong print job to the printer and it is causing problems or wasting paper, there are different ways to clear the print queue:

1. Press Cancel button on the printer if the printer has a physical button or touchscreen.

2. Cancel or clear print queues from Devices and Printers under Control Panel. Right-click the printer and click See what's printing. Select the print job(s) and cancel.

3. Clear the print queues from the web interface for the printer.
