Scan Profiles
If there is no scan profile on the printer that you want to scan from, please ask the IT Help Desk Team to create a scan profile on the specified printer so that you can save it to your folder.
Please state which printer (Model #, IP address, location, etc.) that you are trying to scan from so that we can easily locate the printer.
If an existing scan profile is not working, please inform our team so that we can resolve the issue.
