Cannot Open Files

If you cannot open a certain file, it could be due to the corruption of the file or you do not have the permissions (read/write/execute) for the specified file.

A corrupted file is difficult to recover although it can sometimes be recovered by a recovery tool or software. Usually, it will be easier to retrieve the file from a file backup if it exists on the computer or server.
