If your ticket has been closed even though the issue persists, it is most likely that we have not received any response and we were unable to offer assistance. You can either reopen the ticket or create a new ticket if you still need assistance.
Another reason for closing tickets could be that another ticket was created in place due to a mismatch of the incident type.
