How Do I Create a New Ticket?
To create a new ticket, you can click the + button and Incident icon on the Freshservice Web Portal or email the request to ithelpdesk@thompsoncorp.com.
We encourage users to submit a ticket using the Freshservice Web Portal so that you can use pre-existing ticket templates, which will provide us with detailed information.
Emailing to ithelpdesk@thompsoncorp.com will automatically convert the email to a ticket and inform our agents.
If it is an urgent issue and we are contacted via a phone call, our agents will manually create a ticket on the Freshservice Web Portal.
