Display/Monitor Issues
If your monitor(s) are not displaying anything on the screen, first check the physical connection of the cables on both ends for both the video cable (HDMI, DisplayPort, or VGA) and power cable. Try unplugging the cables and plugging back them in.
It can also be due to the computer itself not having the proper video drivers for the graphics card or integrated graphics. You can try manually updating the driver or automatically through Windows Updates. Please contact the IT Help Desk Team for more assistance.
