No Internet Connection
If you have no internet connection on your computer, please check the connection first. If you are using a wired connection, make sure the ethernet cable is properly connected on both ends. If you are using a wireless connection, make sure the wireless adapter on your computer is on and check if you are connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.
If the issue is universal - e.g. everyone at your floor or location has no active internet connection, please contact the IT Help Desk for immediate assistance. This can be due to a power outage or misconfiguration/outage of the network devices (routers, firewalls, switches, access points, etc.) on your network.
