Keyboard and/or mouse is not working
If your keyboard or mouse is not working, first check the connection.
1. If the peripheral is using a wired connection, make sure the USB cable is properly connected the computer. Then, try unplugging the cable and plugging it back in to see if the keyboard or mouse works.
2. If the peripheral is using a wireless connection, make sure the wireless USB dongle is properly connected to the computer. Remove the USB dongle and plug it into a different USB port on the computer to see if the USB port If the USB port is the issue. If the batteries are low, replace the batteries to resolve the problem.
